As a hotel, you have ONE job: give me a place to sleep.
When I talked to the front desk, the exact words they used were 'oh yes, we get that complaint a lot', which was very telling. The room was actually shaking, the windows were buzzing and the art on the walls was trembling. I cannot stress how over the top the level of bass was. I usually have no problem falling asleep but I didn't sleep a wink 2 of the 4 nights we were there. It felt like I was standing on top of a sub woofer. I'm talking bass so extreme, you can feel it in your rib cage while lying in your bed. When I say bass, I'm not talking about a little bit, it's Vegas. We were in the Conrad and the bass from the pool bar music does not subside until 11 PM during the weekday and 5 AM on the weekend.
BUT, be sure when booking you ask the front desk to put you in a room that is not impacted by the pool bar. It's a very good layout, the rooms are nice, the casino is fantastic and the restaurant options are great.
